If your property is already furnished, we'll do an inventory check and recommend any gaps. If it's unfurnished or needs work, we offer an optional Property Setup service—we can coordinate furnishing, staging, and essentials so your property is guest-ready. This is a separate project fee, not part of ongoing management.
Airbnb has a Host Damage Protection program (up to $3M coverage). We document property condition before/after every stay. If damage occurs, we handle the claim process on your behalf.

EZRA was born from a combination of hands-on experience, a critical eye, and the conviction that short-term rental management can — and should — be done smarter.
During my time in Brazil, I worked at an Airbnb management company and had direct contact with the entire operation. At the same time, as an Interior Design graduate, I saw clear opportunities for improvement. And my own experiences as a guest were also decisive — I lived through common market situations: missing basic items, confusing check-ins, poor communication.
